Putting the album release dates on the enteries is brilliant. I always wonder if I put more weight on albums that were released later in the year and that are still fresh in my mind.

It will be interesting to see in what quarter most of the albums were released. Maybe I'll make a chart.

Yeah. I find the dates informative as well. Awmercy: I would be interested in seeing your über nerdy "release date impact" chart.

I feel like Local Natives (February 16, 2010) may have suffered from the early release. I am surprised to see them so low.

Yeah, they were even good live.

I wonder how different the results would be if at the end of every month, everyone submitted their favorite album at that moment and results were tallied at the end of the year.
